What it is
Continue with Google and Continue with Microsoft on the log-in and sign-up pages let you sign in with that account instead of a password. They appear only once QualiFlow has switched them on.
Signing in this way only proves who you are (name, email and picture). It doesn't connect your mailbox or calendar.
How to use it
- On the log-in or sign-up page, select Continue with Google (or Microsoft). The button reads Opening Google… while the browser goes there.
- Choose your account at Google or Microsoft.
- New to QualiFlow: on Finish creating your account, check your Full name and select Create account.
- Already have a password account with the same email: on We found your QualiFlow account, enter that account's Password once and select Link and log in.
- Next time, Continue with Google is enough.
- To link or unlink later, open Sign-in & security in Settings.
What the data means
A new account made this way gets its own workspace, with you as Owner, and goes straight to workspace setup. No email code is needed, because Google or Microsoft already checked the address. Two-step verification still applies.

Possible issues and fixes
I signed in with Google, but my Gmail isn't connected
Symptom: Your mailbox or calendar doesn't show in QualiFlow.
Why: Signing in is separate from connecting a mailbox or calendar.
Fix: An Owner opens Settings → Connections and selects Set up on Gmail or Outlook mail (and the calendar if wanted).
How to check: The tile shows Connected.
"Open QualiFlow at its main address to sign in with Google or Microsoft."
Symptom: The provider button shows this message.
Why: Provider sign-in works only at QualiFlow's main web address.
Fix: Open QualiFlow at the main address you normally use, then try again.
How to check: The provider's account chooser opens.
Google asks me to create a new account, but I already use QualiFlow
Symptom: You see Finish creating your account.
Why: Your Google or Microsoft email is different from your QualiFlow email.
Fix: Select Cancel, log in with your QualiFlow email and password, then link the provider in Sign-in & security.
How to check: Next time, Continue with Google opens your workspace.
"…took too long or was started in another browser"
Symptom: Sign-in stops with this message.
Why: The sign-in was left too long, or started in one browser and finished in another.
Fix: Start again in one browser tab.
How to check: The workspace opens.
