Add-ons and when they expire

Add-on packs give you more AI credits, call minutes, SMS or campaign emails. They are one-time purchases, used after your monthly allowance, and they last 12 months. Extra seats, numbers, storage and priority support are monthly add-ons.

What it is

Add-ons let you get more without changing plan.

Packs (one-time): AI credits, call minutes, SMS and campaign emails. A pack is used only after your plan's monthly allowance runs out, oldest pack first, and lasts 12 months from the day you buy it.

Custom amount of AI credits (one-time): next to the credit packs you can type any amount from $99 and get credits at the smallest pack's price per credit ($99 for 5,000, so $0.0198 a credit), rounded down to a whole credit. For example $110 gives 5,555 credits. They are used, expire and can be refunded exactly like a pack.

Monthly add-ons: extra team seats, extra phone numbers, extra storage and priority support. They are added to your subscription and billed with it.

How to use it

  1. Open Settings → Billing (or select Get more in the sidebar Usage box). Only the Owner can buy.
  2. Go to the add-ons and choose a pack or a monthly add-on.
  3. Choose how many and select buy. For credits you can also type an amount in Custom amount: the credits it buys show as you type (for example "$110 → 5,555 credits").
  4. With a saved card, it is charged right away. Without one, or if your bank asks you to confirm, you finish on a secure payment page.
  5. The units are added as soon as the payment goes through.
  6. You can also ask Nora, for example "Buy 5,000 credits". She shows a card with the price, and nothing is bought until you select Confirm.

Custom amount: any amount from $99 to $10,000 per purchase. Credits = the amount ÷ $0.0198, rounded down: $99 gives 5,000 credits, $110 gives 5,555 and $1,000 gives 50,505. It lasts 12 months and follows the pack refund rule (refundable while less than 30% is used). Auto top-up buys the fixed packs only.

Monthly add-ons: extra team seat $20 a month, extra phone number $10 a month, extra storage $1.75 per GB a month, priority support from $199 a month. More than $10,000 of credits at once: contact sales.

Expiry: each pack shows how much is left and the date it expires. Units left at expiry are lost.

Possible issues and fixes

The payment didn't go through

Symptom: The page says "The payment did not go through. Nothing was charged. Try another card."

Why: The bank declined the card.

Fix: Add another card in Payment methods, make it the default, and buy again.

How to check: The pack appears with its units and expiry date.

The custom amount says "The smallest custom amount is $99."

Symptom: Under Custom amount, the Buy button stays off and a red line explains why.

Why: A custom amount must be from $99 to $10,000, in dollars and cents.

Fix: Type an amount in that range, such as 110 or 250.50. For more than $10,000, buy it in parts or contact sales.

How to check: The line under the box shows the credits, for example "$110 → 5,555 credits", and Buy shows the amount.

My bank asked me to confirm

Symptom: Instead of being charged, you are sent to a payment page.

Why: Your bank wants you to approve the payment (for example with a code).

Fix: Finish the payment on that page. Nothing is charged until you do.

How to check: Back in Settings → Billing, the pack is listed.
